2. Transactions between Buyers and Cyber Electronics

As a result, Cyber Electronics does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Website or the ability of the suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase

However, Cyber Electronics may disclose the User's identity and contact information, if we suspect that the buyer committed fraudulent activity, or if requested by a government or law enforcement body, an injured third party, or as a result of a subpoena or other legal action, and Cyber Electronics shall not be liable for damages or results thereof and User agrees not to bring any action or claim against Cyber Electronics for such disclosure.

6. Payment, returns and conduct of packaging
6.1 Payment in US Dollars is expected within seven days of auction close. We accept PayPal and Google Checkouts,as our only source of payment
6.2 Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price, less shipping costs, upon receipt of the returned item in resalable condition.You will be re-reimbursed 66% of the cost.If the item /s is returned faulty, we will refund you 97%. I If we see deliberate, purposeful damage we will not refund you any money however you are still able to send us the item/s for recycling
